Black Rock Pilsener

Black Rock Classic Pilsner is a light-golden European-style lager with a clean, fresh finish and balanced hop bitterness. The concentrated wort is made from lager malt with New Zealand Green Bullet and Pacific Jade hops, and yeast is supplied under the lid.

What to use with this kit

Use 1kg dextrose for a crisp, lighter-bodied result. For more body and malt character, replace the sugar with Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light Malt; the larger malt addition may change the final strength.

Makes approximately 23L. Follow the can directions and keep fermentation temperature steady.
