- Makes 23L at approximately 4.5% ABV
- 32-36 IBU with golden colour
- Includes 28g Saaz dry hops and 10g M54 Californian Lager yeast
What to use with this kit
The supplier requires either 1.2kg Pure Liquid Malt Extract for a fuller malt profile and body, or 1kg dextrose for a lighter, drier finish. Follow the pouch sequence for yeast, dry-hop timing and gravity checks.
