Please choose carefully, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on your purchase. If an item is incorrect, or has been received damaged please let us know within 2 weeks after receipt of your order.
For faulty equipment, within 12 months from the date of purchase, the equipment may be returned for replacement, in the event of a manufacturing defect.
All warranty exchanges require Proof of Purchase to establish that the claim is within the warranty period. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products or equipment, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
If your equipment is faulty, it will be replaced with identical equipment. If we cannot replace the equipment, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty equipment.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders, which you’ll need to arrange and pay for. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement equipment will be sent out to you, at no extra charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty equipment.
Our Returns Postal Address
We will notify you via email or support ticket of our return address. When returning your equipment, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the equipment.
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your equipment, will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
For your privacy, any issues relating to this site will be discreetly and confidentially handled, including purchasing, payment options, packaging and contacts.Your credit card statement will be billed with the name “Home Brew Shop”.Any information we receive from you is purely so we can efficiently deliver your goods, or to communicate information you choose to receive. We will not share your information with any other party under any circumstances.
You can be rest assured that using our website to pay for your order is done in a secure environment. We do not store, process or transmit any credit card data. Your payments are processed securely via Direct Payment Solutions (DPS), Stripe, or PayPal.
The Home Brew Loyalty Club
- Your Bottle Cap Loyalty Points will only be awarded to your account, once full payment of your order has been made and your order has been dispatched.
- Bottle Cap Loyalty Points will not be awarded for bonus (Free) items, items “On Sale”, courier costs, selected equipment, gift vouchers, or toward redeemed Bottle Cap Loyalty Points when placing an order. Bottle Cap Loyalty Points will only be awarded to full priced items.
- Bottle Cap Loyalty Points can not be used (redeemed) towards/on items that are “On Sale”, some selected products, gift vouchers, nor courier costs.
- Bottle Cap Loyalty Points will not be awarded to cancelled, declined or fraudulent orders.
- Bottle Cap Loyalty Points can not be exchanged or transferred into cash.
- Bottle Cap Loyalty Points will expire 3 months (90 days) from the date of acquisition. So don’t procrastinate… get brewing!
Please note: We reserve the right to cancel or alter our Bottle Cap Loyalty Points program at any time. If, for any reason we decide to alter or cancel this program, your earned and accumulated Bottle Cap Loyalty Points will not be affected and will always be available for you to use at your convenience.
