🎄 Christmas Delivery Dates

The Courier Networks are indicating that Monday the 20th is the last day to have a reasonable chance of receiving your order before Christmas.

Orders received from Tuesday the 21st to Wednesday the 23rd may have a chance of arriving before Christmas, however that will depend on the Courier work load in your area.

For non-urgent orders, we are operating throughout the holiday season apart from weekends and public holidays…

🎄 Christmas/New Year 🎉 Courier Days are as follows:

We will be operating with a limited team from the 24th of December; the Auckland supplier warehouse will be closed and there will be limited Courier collections from Home Brew Shop on the 29th Dec, 30th Dec & 31st Dec.

Full team and Courier services will reopen on the 10th of Jan.

Delivery Information

Direct – All orders are dispatched directly from our New Zealand warehouse.

Courier Delays

All Courier Services in New Zealand are still experiencing periodic delays due to spikes in demand. We are unable to contact the courier to ask for shipping updates until they have dealt to their backlog.

New Zealand delivery rates & options

Delivery anywhere in New Zealand.

All orders are sent out via Courier Post and your order can be tracked to your door via the Courier Post website.

Deliveries are processed weekdays and can be expected in 1-4 business days.
Rural: Delivery to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.

Track and Trace Delivery
Cost of Delivery is from $4.90 for smaller sized orders. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Larger quantities, for example bulk grain orders, the courier price will be quoted.

Deliveries outside of main cities may take longer.

This is a non-signature courier service.
Please put in the comments, during your order, if you require signature only delivery.

From time to time the courier may leave a card, if you are not available at the time of delivery and the courier doesn’t feel safe to leave the package… or if you requested signature only and you are not there at the time of delivery. For this you will need to collect your parcel from the nearest Courier Post Office, or arrange for re-delivery.

Tracking the delivery status of an item

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the Courier Post website for you to track your order.

If you created an account during checkout you can login to your account and check to see if your order has shipped from My Account. When your order has shipped you will also receive an email from Home Brew Shop with a Courier tracking number.

You can use your tracking number to track the delivery status of your item on the Courier Post website.

If you’ve placed your order as a “guest account” you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, after it has been dispatched.
