Black Rock Pilsener Blonde is a blonde coloured, classic European Pilsner with a clean, fresh finish.

Ingredients

Malts – lager
Hops -Green Bullet, Pacific Jade
Water
Yeast (under the lid)
Hop extracts may be present.

Colour and Ebu

Typical Analysis: 6+/-2 EBC (Colour), 16+/-2 EBU (Bitterness)

Recommended

Enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of:
Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer
Or, for more body, colour and malt flavour use (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet):
Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.5kg
