Black Rock Classic Brown Ale is a malty, amber coloured beer with a balanced harmony of Crystal and Black malt and hops to create a full-bodied, malt accented flavour.

Ingredients

Malts – lager,crystal,black malt
Hops – Green Bullet, Pacific Jade
Water
Yeast (under the lid)
Caramel
Hop extracts may be present.

Typical Analysis: 25+/-3 EBC (Colour), 21+/-2 EBU (Bitterness)

Recommended

Enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of:
Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer
Or, for more body, colour and malt flavour use (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet):
Black Rock Unhopped Amber or Pure Liquid Malt Amber Extract 1.5kg
