Black Rock Crafted Oatmeal Stout combines caramel, roasted, chocolate and black malts with oats for a rich dark beer and a smooth, silky texture. Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops provide balancing bitterness.

What to use with this kit

• Two cans of Crafted Oatmeal Stout: the recommended all-malt combination for a 23L batch.
• One can plus Black Rock Unhopped Dark: a compatible option that reinforces the stout’s dark malt character; consider an additional suitable yeast sachet for the extra malt.

Premium dry brewing yeast is supplied under the lid. Typical analysis for the two-can recipe is approximately 180 EBC colour and 27 EBU bitterness.
