Brewtec Classic Dark Ale

Brewtec Classic Dark Ale combines light and roasted malts with hops to produce a full-flavoured dark beer with rich malt character and a smooth, velvet-like finish. Brewing yeast is supplied under the lid.

What to use with this kit

• Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 – 1kg: adds body while keeping the beer balanced.
• Dextrose – 1kg: produces a lighter, drier finish.
• Black Rock Unhopped Dark: reinforces colour, body and roasted malt character; additional yeast may be useful for the increased malt.

Use one fermentable approach and follow the kit instructions for batch volume and fermentation. Contains malted barley and gluten.

• Brewtec Premium Draught – a smooth, balanced draught-style beer.
• Brewtec Brown Draught – a brown draught with balanced malt and hop character.
• Brewtec Lager – a light lager-style kit with a clean, dry finish.
