A ruby-brown ale kit with toast, caramel, medium bitterness and included ale yeast.
What to use with this kit
Use 1.5kg Brick Road Light Malt, or amber/dark malt for extra colour. For a lighter beer use 1kg light DME or dextrose; 500g lactose adds sweetness without extra alcohol.
