A highly attenuative farmhouse yeast producing spicy, fruity and peppery notes in saisons and related beers.
How to use
Sprinkle directly onto up to 23L of wort and ferment at 26–32°C. It has very high attenuation, medium flocculation and tolerance for beers up to approximately 14% ABV under suitable conditions.
Helpful information
Store refrigerated. High attenuation can finish very dry, so allow fermentation to fully complete and confirm stable gravity before packaging.

These strains create distinctly different beer styles and are not automatically interchangeable. Choose for the recipe, flavour profile and fermentation temperature available, and follow the current sachet directions.
