Coopers Lager is a classic home brew beer kit with a light colour, crisp palate, subtle malt character and gentle bitterness. The included brewing yeast is stored under the lid.
What to use with this kit
- Lighter and clean: use Dextrose.
- Balanced body and head retention: use Coopers Brew Enhancer 1.
- Fuller and maltier: choose Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 or Pure Liquid Malt Extract Light.
Basic brewing note
Clean and sanitise all equipment, dissolve the concentrate and chosen fermentable, top up according to the kit instructions and pitch the supplied yeast at the recommended temperature.
