Coopers Draught makes a light yellow-gold beer with a tightly packed white head, floral aroma, a hint of malt, medium body and a slightly bitter finish. The brewing extract is intended for an approximately 23-litre batch.
What to use with this kit
- Balanced malt character: Add 1kg Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 or a suitable Brew Enhancer.
- Lighter result: Add 1kg Dextrose or Liquid Brewing Sugar.
- Fuller malt result: Use Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light or Pure Liquid Malt Extract Light; the larger fermentable load may justify an additional suitable yeast sachet.
Follow the Coopers can directions for volume, yeast pitching and fermentation temperature.
