Lion Lager is an easy-drinking, light-coloured European-style lager kit with a clean, fresh finish. Its 100% lager-malt base is balanced with Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops.

• Approximate ABV: 4.5% when prepared with 1kg brewing sugar

What to use with this kit

• Dextrose 1kg gives the lightest and driest finish.
• Brew Enhancer 1kg adds body and improves head retention.
• Pure Liquid Malt Extract – Light 1.5kg creates a fuller, maltier beer and may increase final strength.
