Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 – 1kg

Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 is a 1kg fermentable blend for beer kits where you want more body, malt character and head retention than plain brewing sugar provides. Its combination of dextrose, light dry malt and maltodextrin supports fermentation while leaving a fuller finished beer.

How to use it

Add the full pack to the fermenter with your beer-kit concentrate. Dissolve thoroughly in warm water, then top up and add yeast according to the kit directions.

What to use with your kit

• Brew Enhancer 2: well suited to lager, ale and more full-flavoured styles where extra malt character and body are welcome. Try it with Coopers Mexican Cerveza.
• Dextrose: choose this for a lighter body and drier finish.
• Pure Liquid Malt Extract Light: choose this when malt flavour and mouthfeel are the priority.
