Brick Road NZ Craft Pilsner

Brick Road NZ Craft Pilsner combines fresh bready malt with passionfruit, lemon and tropical notes from Motueka hops, finishing dry with a clean bitterness.

What to use with this kit

• Recommended: Add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract for the intended malt balance.
• Optional hop lift: Add up to 200g of a tropical NZ variety such as Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka or Nectaron.

The kit includes Pacific lager yeast and Motueka dry-hop pellets. Follow the kit instructions and keep fermentation within the yeast’s recommended range.
