Brewtec Lager

Brewtec Lager is a 23-litre beer kit made for a light-coloured, refreshing lager style with a clean, dry finish. The concentrate includes malted barley, water, hops and yeast under the lid; hop extracts may also be present.

Allergen: contains barley and gluten.

What to use with this kit

• Dextrose 1kg gives the lightest, driest result.
• Brew Enhancer 1kg adds body and improves head retention while keeping the beer approachable.
• Pure Liquid Malt Extract – Light 1.5kg creates a fuller, maltier lager and may raise the final strength.

Choose one fermentable option and follow the kit instructions. Keep fermentation temperature as steady as practical for a cleaner finish.
