Black Rock Stout

Black Rock Classic Stout is a rich, smooth dark beer with roasted malt character and enough bitterness to keep the finish balanced. The malt bill includes ale and lager malts, rolled oats, chocolate malts, dark crystal, wheat and roasted barley, with Green Bullet hops for bitterness.

• Makes approximately 23L
• About 30 IBU and 50 SRM
• Approximately 4.5% ABV when brewed with 1kg liquid brewing sugar
• Yeast supplied under the lid

What to use with this kit

For the standard result, use 1kg of compatible brewing sugar such as Brewtec Liquid Brewing Sugar. For more body, colour and malt flavour, replace the sugar with a can of Black Rock Unhopped Dark Malt.
