Coopers Stout pours dark brown with a persistent, espresso-like head. Coffee, chocolate and grain aromas lead into a full mouthfeel, roasted malt character and a dry finish shaped by malt tannins and hop bitterness.

What to use with this kit
Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 provides a balanced increase in body and malt character. Plain dextrose gives a drier, lighter-bodied result, while dark liquid malt produces a richer beer and may increase final strength.
