Black Rock Bohemian Pilsner

Black Rock Bohemian Pilsner, previously called Export Pilsener, makes a crisp golden Czech-style lager with fresh hop bitterness and enough malt body to remain balanced. The extract uses lager malt with Green Bullet and Pacific Jade hops, and brewing yeast is supplied under the lid.

What to use with this kit

• Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 – 1kg: adds more body and malt character than dextrose alone.
• Dextrose – 1kg: produces a lighter, drier result.
• Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light: a richer all-malt option; an additional suitable yeast sachet may be helpful with the extra malt.

Typical analysis is approximately 6 ± 2 EBC colour and 16 ± 2 EBU bitterness. Follow the kit instructions for batch volume and fermentation temperature.
