BV7 is a multi-purpose strain suited to both red and white wines. This strain enhances and promotes full varietal flavour expressions without distracting from the natural flavour and aroma characteristics of the grape.
No rehydration required – add direct to the grape must and stir well.
For best results, ferment at 14 – 28°C
