Mangrove Jacks Tyneside Brown Ale

Mangrove Jack’s Tyneside Brown Ale is a smooth, rounded beer kit with creamy chocolate-malt character, pleasant hop flavour and light bitterness. It makes approximately 23L.

What to use with this kit

For a fuller but balanced beer, use a 1kg brew enhancer. For deeper colour and stronger malt character, 1.5kg Dark Liquid Malt Extract is a richer alternative and may also increase the final strength.

Plain dextrose produces a lighter, drier result. Follow the kit instructions and keep fermentation within the supplied yeast’s recommended range.
