Mangrove Jacks Traditional Series Pale Ale – Lucky Goat

Mangrove Jack’s Lucky Goat is an approachable pale ale kit with balanced malt and hop character. The concentrated wort is cold-filled into a foil pouch to help retain flavour and aroma, and makes approximately 23L.

What to use with this kit

For more body and malt flavour, use 1.2kg Light Liquid Malt Extract. A 1kg brew enhancer gives a balanced middle ground, while plain dextrose produces a lighter, drier result.

Follow the pouch instructions and keep fermentation within the supplied yeast’s recommended temperature range.
