Brick Road Gold Draught makes a refreshing light-gold ale with grainy malt sweetness and moderate, thirst-quenching bitterness.

What to use with this kit

Fuller malt result: Add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract.
Alternative malt option: Add 1kg Brick Road Extra Light DME.
Lighter, drier option: Add 1kg dextrose.

The kit includes ale yeast. For an optional tropical or citrus lift, add around 30g of a compatible hop such as Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Pride of Ringwood or Galaxy.
