Brick Road Dry Lager

A light, refreshing lager kit with mild bitterness, dry finish and included Pacific lager yeast.

What to use with this kit

Use 1.5kg Extra Light Malt, 1kg Extra Light DME or 1kg dextrose depending desired body.

Helpful information

Optional NZ or Australian dry hops can add citrus, stone-fruit or tropical aroma.
