Brick Road Kolsch is a very pale, light-bodied beer with subtle fruit character and the option of a restrained noble-hop aroma. It uses pale and wheat malts with European ale yeast.

- Colour: Approximately 5 EBC
- Bitterness: Approximately 17 IBU
- Original gravity: Approximately 1.038
- Final gravity: Approximately 1.008
- Strength options: Approximately 2.6–4.8% ABV, depending on the can recipe selected
Recipe options
For the standard style, use 1kg dextrose or 1kg Brick Road Extra Light DME for more malt character. For a lower-alcohol version, follow the can’s approximately 250g fermentable option.
An optional 10–30g addition of Tettnanger, Hallertau, Saaz, Motueka or Wakatu can add a subtle hop aroma. Follow the can directions for fermentation and packaging.
