Brick Road Classic Pacific Pale Ale produces an approachable pale ale with a fresh, clean profile and a light white-bread malt base. Ale yeast is included.
What to use with this kit
- Fuller and maltier: add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt.
- Lighter and drier: use 1kg extra-light dry malt extract or 1kg dextrose.
Follow the kit instructions for water volume, temperature and fermentation.
Helpful additions
The kit can be brewed as supplied. If you want more aroma, a measured 30–200g addition of a suitable Pacific-style hop can change the result; choose the variety and quantity to suit the intensity you want.
