Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light

Black Rock Unhopped Ultra-Light malt extract is light in colour and smooth in flavour.

It is produced using 100% NZ lager malt. Ideal when used in Pale Ales, lagers and Pilseners as it creates a delicate flavour and smoothness in these beers.

Can also be used when crafting a dark beer to boost body and flavour complexity.

Can be used in place of dextrose.
