Black Rock Mexican Cerveza

Black Rock Mexican Cerveza is a light-coloured Mexican-style lager with a balanced, crisp and clean finish. It uses lager malt with Green Bullet and Pacific Jade hops, and includes yeast under the lid.

What to use with this kit

Use 1kg dextrose for the classic light, dry finish. For greater body and malt character, use Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light Malt instead; the larger malt addition may alter final strength.

Makes approximately 23L. Follow the can instructions and keep fermentation temperature stable.
