Brewmaster Premium Brewing Sugar is 1kg of dextrose, a readily fermentable brewing sugar used in beer kits and spirit-wash recipes where a clean fermentable is specified.
How to use
Measure the amount required by the kit or recipe and dissolve thoroughly in warm water as directed. Do not substitute quantities blindly: malt extract, table sugar and dextrose can produce different body, flavour and gravity.
Helpful information
This pack can also be used for batch priming when accurately weighed and calculated for the drink volume, temperature and desired carbonation.
