Black Rock IPA

A rich golden IPA brewed from ale, lager, caramel and roasted malts, with Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops providing moderate-to-strong bitterness.

What to use with this kit

Add 1kg dextrose for the standard recipe. For a fuller all-malt result, the supplier recommends 1.7kg Black Rock Unhopped Light when available. A fresh SafAle US-05 sachet provides a clean fermentation option.

Contains malted barley and gluten.

These kits differ in bitterness, malt addition, supplied yeast and recipe method. Check whether the selected can requires sugar, unhopped malt or another can, then follow its own instructions.
