Mangrove Jacks Craft Series American IPA + dry hops

Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series American IPA is a crisp, dry and firmly bitter beer with vibrant tropical and citrus hop character. The kit makes 23L at approximately 5.6% ABV, with an expected bitterness of 48–56 IBU.

The pouch includes M44 US West Coast yeast plus Simcoe, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops for dry hopping.

What to use with this kit

• Mangrove Jack’s Pure Malt Enhancer – 1.2kg: the fuller malt-based option recommended for the intended result.
• 1kg dextrose or a compatible 1kg brew enhancer: a lighter-bodied alternative that will change the balance and finish.

Follow the kit schedule for adding the included dry hops, and control fermentation within the yeast’s recommended temperature range.
