What to use with this kit

For the intended fuller-bodied result, use 1.2kg Mangrove Jack’s Pure Liquid Malt Extract. A 1kg brew enhancer is a lighter alternative; plain dextrose will ferment drier and provide less body.

Add the Citra hops at the stage directed by the kit instructions and keep fermentation within the M44 yeast’s recommended range.
