Wine Nutrient – 100g

This 100g wine nutrient is diammonium phosphate (DAP), providing yeast-assimilable nitrogen to support fermentation where the must or recipe requires supplementation.

How to use

Typical guidance is 24–30g per 23 litres for a rapid fermentation or 12–18g per 23 litres for a slower fermentation. Follow your recipe and adjust for the must, yeast and nutrient programme rather than adding automatically.

Helpful information

Nutrient cannot correct poor sanitation, unsuitable temperature or unhealthy fruit. Avoid excessive dosing and keep additions accurately measured.
