CR51 is a red wine strain, suitable for light, fresh and fruity wines. This strain produces soft, velvety-smooth wines with bright, fresh aromas and enhancement of red berry fruit flavours.

No rehydration required – add direct to the grape must and stir well.

For best results, ferment at 16 – 24°C
