Vintners Harvest Yeast CL23 – 8g

Vintner’s Harvest CL23 is a fast, neutral wine yeast suited to crisp dry white, blush and sparkling wines. Its strong stress and alcohol tolerance also makes it useful where a reliable, very dry fermentation is important.

How to use it

Add directly to the must and stir well; separate rehydration is not normally required. Follow the pack’s temperature guidance and confirm gravity is stable before stabilising or bottling.
