Still Spirits Top Shelf White Sambuca creates a colourless sambuca-style liqueur with strong aniseed notes. Combine it with neutral spirit or vodka and the correct liqueur base for the intended sweetness and body.

What else you will need

Use one bottle with Top Shelf Liqueur Base B and 790 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Make the base as directed, add the flavouring and spirit, then top up to 1.125 litres with water.

Alternative base method

If Base B is unavailable, the supplier’s alternative is 240 ml sugar plus 150 ml liquid glucose, topped up with water to 1.125 litres. The prepared Base B is the simpler route to the intended texture.
