Icon Liqueur Rhubarb & Ginger Gin is a balanced gin-liqueur flavouring with sweet rhubarb and warming ginger over a fresh botanical base.

• Makes: 1 litre
• Base strength: 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka

What else you will need

Pour the flavouring into a one-litre bottle, add 170ml water, then top up to one litre with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Close and mix thoroughly.

Serve chilled, over ice or with soda or tonic. No separate liqueur base is required for the stated method.
