- Top Shelf Liqueur Base B
- 650ml of 40% neutral spirit or vodka
Prepare Base B as directed, add the Chocolate Mint flavouring and neutral spirit, then top up with water to 1.125L. Mix thoroughly and allow the flavour to integrate before serving.
