Top Shelf Amaretto

Still Spirits Top Shelf Amaretto creates a bittersweet almond liqueur inspired by the classic northern Italian style. It combines rich almond character with the sweetness and body supplied by the matching liqueur base.

What else you will need

Use one 50 ml bottle with Top Shelf Liqueur Base C and 850 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Prepare the base as directed, add the flavouring and spirit, then top up with water to 1.125 litres.

Alternative base method

The supplier’s alternative uses 300 ml sugar and 100 ml liquid glucose, topped up with water to 1.125 litres. Base C is the simpler option for achieving the intended body.
