Top Shelf Melon Liqueur makes a light green schnapps-style drink with a delicate honeydew melon flavour. Serve chilled, over ice or as a fruit-forward cocktail ingredient.
What else you will need
Mix the essence with 650ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit and a prepared Top Shelf Schnapps Base, then top up with water to 1.125L. Follow the current bottle and base-pack directions.
Alternative melon liqueur essence
- Edwards Melon Liqueur makes approximately 1.4 litres using 850ml of spirit, sugar or syrup and water. It does not use this Top Shelf Schnapps Base recipe, so follow the selected product’s instructions.
