What else you will need

Add the fermentable specified by the current kit instructions. Extra-light malt extract creates more body and malt flavour; Dextrose generally produces a lighter, drier result.

Helpful information

Original gravity is approximately 1.040–1.044. Fermentation temperature depends on the supplied yeast, so follow the kit rather than assuming a cold lager schedule.
