Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Pink Grapefruit IPA combines sharp grapefruit with citrus-forward hops for a refreshing, clean and crisp 23L beer. It makes approximately 5.7% ABV with a bitterness range of 35–45 IBU.

The pouch includes M44 US West Coast yeast and Simcoe and Cascade dry hops.

What to use with this kit

• Mangrove Jack’s Pure Malt Enhancer – 1.2kg: the fuller malt-based option recommended for the intended result.
• Dextrose – 1kg or a compatible 1kg brew enhancer: a lighter-bodied alternative that changes the balance and finish.

Follow the pouch schedule for adding the included dry hops and maintain the recommended temperature for M44 yeast.
