Mead - M05 Yeast - 10g
1 × $9.20
Mangrove Jack’s M02 Cider Yeast is a high ester-producing strain that helps reveal the fruit character of apple, pear and other cider juices while finishing crisp and refreshing.
- Suitable for all cider styles
- High attenuation
- High flocculation
- Treats up to 23L
- Recommended fermentation range: 12–28°C
How to use it
Sprinkle the sachet directly over the juice and ferment within the recommended range. Cooler fermentation generally preserves a cleaner fruit profile. Store the unopened sachet in the fridge.

Brew Master Cider / Champagne Yeast is a more neutral, robust alternative for cider, sparkling-style wine and other fruit-juice fermentations where strong alcohol tolerance is useful. One sachet treats up to 25 litres.
These yeasts are not automatically interchangeable. Choose for the drink, flavour profile and fermentation conditions wanted, and follow the current sachet directions.
