Brick Road Mosaic Pale Ale uses a light pale-malt base to showcase the tropical-fruit character of Mosaic hops.

What to use with this kit

Recommended: Add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract.
Optional hop lift: Add up to 200g of a complementary variety such as Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.

The kit includes American ale yeast and Mosaic dry-hop pellets.
