Brick Road Mosaic Hazy IPA makes a bright golden beer with a soft wheat-led mouthfeel and Mosaic hop character ranging from tropical fruit to flowers. The kit includes Hazy Ale yeast and Mosaic hops for dry hopping.

What to use with this kit

Fuller result: add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt.
Lighter result: use 1kg extra-light dry malt extract or 1kg dextrose.

For a richer malt profile, the supplier also suggests combining 1.5kg extra-light liquid malt with 1kg extra-light dry malt. Follow the kit instructions for batch volume and fermentation temperature.

Optional hop adjustment

The included Mosaic dry hops give the intended profile. If modifying the recipe, use a compatible citrus or fruit-forward hop and keep additions measured so the beer remains balanced.
