Brick Road French Saison makes a light-coloured Saison with fresh wheat and pale-malt character plus the fruity, spicy and peppery profile of Saison yeast.

What to use with this kit

For the supplier’s fuller “super Saison” recipe, add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract plus 1kg Brick Road Extra Light DME. The dry malt can be replaced with 1kg dextrose for a lighter result.

Included yeast and hops

Saison yeast and Saaz dry-hop pellets are included. Follow the kit directions for batch volume and fermentation.
