Brick Road Brown Ale makes a medium-bodied brown ale with caramel and toffee flavour, followed by balanced medium bitterness. Ale yeast is included.

What to use with this kit

Fuller brown ale: Add 1.5kg Brick Road Amber Malt Extract.
Lighter brown ale: Add 1kg Brick Road Amber DME or 1kg dextrose.

For extra hop flavour, the supplier suggests finishing with about 30g of a suitable Australian, New Zealand or English hop. Follow the kit directions for batch volume and fermentation.
