New Zealand”s own style of full malt draught beer.

Black Rock Classic Draught is a classic full-bodied, easy-drinking brown beer that will be familiar to many NZ beer drinkers. This popular session beer is both satisfying and thirst-quenching with full-bodied malt character from the Crystal and Black specialty malts balanced with a moderate bitterness.

Ingredients

Malts – lager,crystal,black
Hops – Green Bullet, Pacific Jade
Caramel
Water
Yeast (under the lid).

Recommended

Enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of:
Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer
Or, for more body, colour and malt flavour use (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet):
Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.5kg
