Black Rock Crafted India Pale Ale combines robust amber malt character, subtle caramel sweetness and moderate Green Bullet bitterness with Wakatu hops for citrus and floral aroma.

• Approximately 6 SRM
• About 4.5% ABV when brewed with 1.7kg Black Rock Light unhopped malt extract

What to use with this kit

The supplier’s preferred recipe uses 1.7kg Light UME and a separate SafAle US-05 yeast. While Black Rock Light UME is temporarily unavailable, Ultra Light UME can provide a lighter compatible malt base. A second IPA can increases both malt character and bitterness.
