Alcotec Rum Yeast is a specialist yeast-and-enzyme blend for suitable molasses, sugar and grain-based rum washes.

How it works

The included glucoamylase enzyme helps break down dextrins left from suitable raw materials during fermentation. Grain-based recipes also require an appropriate alpha-amylase pre-treatment before fermentation.
